Checking in on line was fairly easy to me as someone who is not computer savvy. I have had previous experience with the on line system with Newcastle Audi. I had no problems. I would praise Lauren on reception for her kindness and efforts to help when I was unable to pickup my car after the was completed. Technician Ben was excellent, later explaining the operation of the new equipment that had been fitted. The service was very good, reception very friendly and pleasant. I left my car for the work to be done and Lauren on reception kindly ordered taxi for my journey home.

After a local Honda dealer tried to open car bonnet and as it would not open hacked at it, then handed the car back, we needed urgent help as the cars MOT was due, the mechanics atvAudi assessed the damage gave us a quote, costs came in below the quote and repaired the work promptly, the car was handed back clean inside and out. I phoned to book the service so I could speak to someone about what needed doing and arranging a hire car. While the car was in the garage i used the online system to see the health check and I tried approving the works that needed doing but they did not come through to the garage and Lauren had to call me eventually. Lauren, was brilliant at communicating what was going on and following up what I needed.

Was taken care of from start to finish and even afterwards by Jordan and Toni from Newcastle Audi on scotswood road nothing was too much for them and when I came to collect my car Jordan Marshall went out of his way and bought my partner a very large bouquet of flowers after she joking asked for some.
