Easy to use but there are times when it’s easier to talk with a human being Many thanks for the invitation to offer feedback on the service that I have recieved from yourselves. Not wishing to write war and peace about my experience I will settle for a few bullet points. 1) Your sales man who sold me my vehicle was very professional and courteous. 2) The “technician” who carried out the work on my car BEFORE I collected it requires additional training if he is unable to correctly fit a windscreen wiper and probably should be stripped of the title “technician” 3) The contractor that you engaged to repair the damage to my windscreen was nothing short of unskilled, incompetent and hopeless and broke the windscreen. 4) Your sales manager was honest and considerate and lent me his car to get home, for this I thank him, I enjoyed the A7 and all the toys onboard. 5) Your service team I found unhelpful, unempathic and lacked courtesy when I called to report the fault on my car. It wasn’t my fault that the warranty was 2 weeks out of date. But your call handler could have been a little more supportive. 6) If you can sell me a warranty on the car why can’t you call me to tell me it’s about to expire? Seems ridiculous to me. If you are unable to tell me this then don’t sell it to me in the first place. 7) Please don’t patronise me with “it’s company policy” statements or offer me a gesture of goodwill to leave my car with you so that you can look at it when you “get round to it”. I had already explained I cannot be without my car for a month as per your service teams suggestion. 8) Booking my car in for a service was very easy, Tracey met with me discussed my needs, was polite and courteous and welcomed me with a smile. Thank you Tracey. 9) I love the way your reception staff stand up to greet when you walk onto the showroom floor. 10) Please don’t tell me my car is dangerous to drive and give it a red warning on your paperwork. The minimum required tread depth on a tyre is 1.6mm. Therefore if the tread is 2.5mm it is still legal and safe. This was your way of attempting to coerce me into parting with £250 of my hard earned cash and to boost your coffers. Scare tactics don’t work on me. 11) Whilst I understand all businesses are there to make a profit, telling me a shock absorber replacement on the rear off side of my little A3 was £360 is an outrage. The part is £80, the time required 20 minutes. Ergo you are attempting to charge me £840 an hour for labour. (£360 less £80 = £280 for 20 minutes equivalent to £840 per hour). As a footnote I purchased a pair of shock absorbers, top mounts and the special little tool for fitting them for less than half the price you want to charge for fitting one. 12) When discussing your labour rates please don’t be surprised at the look on customers faces when you respond with £185 an hour. 13) I apologise for being unable to purchase the R8 Spyder that I truly want however expected the same levels of customer service. And finally 14) Please do not appear surprised if I decline your invitation to service my little A3 next year, it’ll go to my local independent Audi specialist. The only reason you got to do the service this time was because I purchased a service plan when I bought the car and that was before I achieved a better understanding of your technicians incompetence, your eye watering hourly rates and your poor levels of customer service when dealing with a car fault. Thank you for your time This is now the third time I have received a request for feedback It really is becoming a little tiresome

Quick and easy You have a regular updates as to when car would be ready. Also cleaned the car nicely inside and out. Nice of you to put a £5 note that must of been found in the cup holder. Much appreciated

Easy and self explanatory Lovely interaction with Clare Farrington for service. Got car in January with no car mats. Was reported to be ordered by Lisa at time car was bought but no mats yet. Discussed with Lisa who reassures has been reordered and I will be contacted. 5* if mats eventually ordered!
