It was easy to check in online. However when checking the worksheet details, the wrong vehicle information was entered. This was rectified when I rang and spoke to the service manager. Everything went as planned. I was kept up to date with the progress of my vehicle in the service section. Then I was notified as soon as it was ready to collect.

See above The service from Chris was first rate .. attentive especially to my wife (often staff focus on the male customer) and gave a full explanation of the results of the service.
