I was looking online and decided to value my car to see what I could afford, next day I received a phone call before 8.30 in the morning and 2 emails.I didn't ask for any of these.

Excellent service, the receptionist was very helpful contacted Jon Kells who tried hard to find a suitable vehicle.I did have a demo which was very helpful.Jon was very helpful and patient. 5 star

I was Offered £3k less for my PX than other dealers/book price with no discount on your own car. You have had your car a number of weeks and have since reduced the price by £1k yet no effort made to do a deal with me or contact me since first enquiry nearly a month ago. A very poor experience overall
