sales assistant was Lauren very helpful and even told mo off a different way to save money.main dealers don't do that anymore so very pleased.brought my q8 in for mot.service. and sat nav upgrade.the quality of service was excellent if you get the choice please ask for Lauren. nothing was to much trouble.will use main dealer again.
