I would like to be able to book my MOT online aswell but that's not an option at present. Otherwise the service online is very good!My visit to Newcastle Audi was one of the best I've ever experienced from a car dealership. From the moment I walked through the entrance the staff were nothing but courteous & professional. I was most impressed with the receptionist and my service advisor. Lookers' handy website kept me updated as my car went through the various stages. I will most certainly be visiting again whenever my Audi needs to be looked at. Well done team!

This feels to impersonalStaff great and service very efficient but felt a little impersonal.Did not look at or give feed back on a concern I had regarding surface rust on rear hubs. Took advantage of wash and hoover offer but car ended up dirty then when I arrived. Beads of dirty water everywhere and glass terrible, I won’t both next time.

OK, so I'm not entirely sure that I understood it all, but I'm a bit daft about that kind of thing. For me it was fab to have a real person to talk to. Jade was very helpful.Jade was so helpful on the phone, I loved the AudiCam thing and the fact that I could see the stages of the service as it happened, and my car has never been so sparkling clean since it was new!
