I live in West London, and I ended up buying a car from a dealer in Watford which was more convenient logistically. However, I would like to make special mention of the Lookers sales rep, Dominic O'Sullivan, who could not have been more helpful. He was courteous and efficient and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He provided the best customer service I have experienced.

Receptionist, Clare was excellent, had difficulty in hearing the workshop commentary due to background noise and had to return to the dealership to have the tyre pressures checked due to some confusion in the paperwork. Apart from these issues visit was fine apart from the ridiculously high costs of a simple oil change.
