Pleased to see that you have changed your survey to remove the registration number request. As an IT professional. to be asked a question (is this the correct reg no.), and, when incorrect telling you so results in the survey shutting down never to be resurrected, is no way to operate. This has happened three times to me, and just demonstrates (to me) a lack of attention to detail.

All very smoothly handled by Jade, vehicle returned ahead of schedule at 3pm.

Excellent experience. If I was to “nitpick” I had difficulty in hearing the first part of the Audi-Cam, but not a problem.

When booking a curtesy car a choice between automatic or manual would be greatly appreciated. Haven’t driven manual car for over 15 yrs.
