Sales Assistant Jack Charlton was absolutely excellent from start to finish - I could not praise him enough. Jack was very helpful, informative without being too pushy, and because of this I purchased the Q4 e-Tron.Did not take a Service Plan but only because I am based near Edinburgh so Newcastle just would not be practical - but will do this with the Audi Dealership in Edinburgh.Delighted with everything.

Myaudi app won't recognise my vehicle and free data plug doesn't talk to its app either. Audi tech support still not been able to resolve. Great car but Audi apps and website very poor.

Superb service except radio was left on to pop music and whilst driving could not find switch to turn off. Ha ha and at 78 not my choice of music I never play music whilst driving Oh to be young again driving my Triumph Herald and my Dads Dormobile Caravette Saw one recently on Bangers and cash on Tv it was sold for more than he paid for it years ago

Questions 4 & 5 above did not apply to me since I am an on going Mobility customer.I was introduced to James upon my first arrival at the showroom, James being the Mutability specialist. I have had reason to see him several times or telephone him and on every occasion found him most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and we get on very well.In general I find the Audi Newcastle showroom a very inviting warm atmosphere, a nicer place to sit with a coffee whilst choosing a new car, I can't imagine.
