Booking process was simple with no problems.On arrival at dealership to drop car off was met with smiling reception staff and then passed over to my Service Advisor Tracey Haggie.Tracey is very good at her job…met her lots of time when my previous A3’s and my new S3 have been in the dealership. She is very friendly and efficient and keeps me informed on the status of the car and when it’s available to pick up. Always a good experience.

I stayed while my car was serviced. Everyone I dealt with ( reception staff and Ashleigh ) were super professional and communicated with me really well Follow up work was arranged very speedily ( next day ) . Thanks !
