When I first went to dealership I couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge me. It was only as I was leaving that James had just got back from a test drive and asked if I needed any help. I would have bought elsewhere if not for James.

I would just like to add, Jade the customer advisor who looked after me was really kind, caring and was calling me regularly to keep me up to date about my car. I wouldn't pick to go anywhere else.
