Josh Budden from Newcastle Auid was the sales person who sold me a car; Audi A1, he was polite, he was accommodating and worked within my budget. Josh was very clear with the sale and all this entailed. Josh kindly relayed any anxieties I had about driving the car and fully explained the features that supported safe driving.I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Newcastle over a period of time and as this is such a significant purchase it is important my purchase is valued and in my experience of Audi sales, I would state that the element of valuing the customer/purchase is worthy.

I am from Milton Keynes. I have liked a car on the internet from your dealership. You were far away, hence I couldn’t visit. Tony has been a star who has provided excellent customer service by sending me the video. However, due to the fact that we wanted virtual cockpit and Bose Soundsystem, which that particular car did not have combined with the inability to test drive due to distance, we have aborted the enquiry.Since then, we have found a car locally.

Cancelled my appointment before attending as I decided to wait a year before changing my car. My initial enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently in a warm and friendly way.
