It takes a number of weeks to get an appointment. I realise that’s the demand but I’d like to get my car in within days not weeks/months.

I never recieved the video of car as it was sent to my husbands phone, cant understand why it went to his work phone when its my car.

My next car will be bought at your dealership, because of your excellent after sales care and attention

I can't fault the service I received when my car was in - Jade Chater was brilliant in terms of communication, keeping me updated and was generally very friendly and helpful. When I bought the car itself back in January, Jack Charlton was also brilliant.I am slightly disappointed that my car needed to have the break discs and pads replaced, as well as a software update, only around 6 weeks after I purchased the car as I was told there was a full service carried out.

Excellent customer services and the car was updated ( 3 x Recalls) great communications and flexible drop off and pick up.
