Appointment made, then cancelled by salesman as car had sold. Said he woukd look for other options. Silence for a month. Its was only an A3 and having just checked there's loads in stock.Will take my business elsewhere

Hello, Order number: 3031645 (NL75 JNJ) was delivered last week. The handover was simply dropping off the keys. Not one word about how the vehicle operates, or any of its features. I asked and was told "no idea, mate". For a complex, modern electric car, do you class this as acceptable customer service? I do not. I feel let down. Badly. I would have expected the vehicle to either be delivered by Audi (not a contractor on the back of a trailer), or for me to collect it from a dealer. Either way, do you not feel at least some explanation should be given as to how the vehicle works?I am so disappointed in this total lack of concern about customer service. It reflects extremely badly on Lookers. I am actively telling my colleagues to avoid your company if at all possible.

Great sales members and excellent floor staff, however the sales manager was a total let down and led to a breakdown in communication. Very disappointing, but something I have moved on from and secured an Audi from another dealer.

I'm not sure what you mean of my recent enquiry at Newcastle Audi, I was merely asking for an appointment with the Mobility salesman, James who took my order for my last Audi A3.I have enjoyed all my visits to Newcastle Audi over the past three years. Reason being I have always adored motor cars and love being around them. Audi are a cut above the competition and so is the team, all of them, sales, service parts and of course the receptionists who always give me a smile and offer me a cup of coffee if I'm staying for any length of time. It's a great showroom and I would have no hesitation recommending anyone to visit. 10/10

I was very happy with the way I treated during my time at Audi Newcastle, I drove the A3 I came to view and was pleased with the car. The only downside was the elevation of my car, Naturally I was disappointed with the value placed on my car. I did my homework and knew the ongoing sale price Audi would have received so I thought I would have been offered a better deal.

Not quite hit the mark for claiming to be a 5 star service.
