The only problem I had when booking vehicle in was I did not get the option of booking it in on a Saturday - I work full time and found a Monday which was the date I booked a family member had to take time off work to being vehicle through. It would be much better for me to either choose a Saturday morning or alternatively have a hire vehicle for the day or someone from Lookers to pick my vehicle up and return it during the weekend as struggle with week days unless a family member if on annual leave. Very frustrating.
