Very good and swift experience

Our car was in for a recall and rather than booking a courtesy car I stupidly thought you would have a drop off service but turned up to the garage to find you don’t offer that service. Previously with other garages( bmw and Mercedes) I’ve taken this service as a normal unfortunately this seems the only small detail that could be seen as a let down for me.

I requested a phone call about tyre condition and replacement cost but did not receive one

I did tell Lauren my data plug was not working it doesn’t connect so I will have to call Audi or you can call me so we can resolve this and get some one to connect it all up properly please.

Special mention to my customer service advisor Craig who explained everything in detail and went out of his way when he thought I might be taking my business elsewhere next time. He rests my faith in Lookers Newcastle Audi.
