My husband is also a customer of Lookers he was sent the video of my car I received it after I contacted Lookers, all of the paperwork had my details. The person I spoke to could not understand how this had happened and was going to look into it.I do have a service plan but was offered this when I rang the call centre tao book my car in for service, Lookers have never discussed this with me.When I picked up my car the drivers seat was extremely high, the rear view mirror had been altered and the car had done 3 miles, I found this quite odd as it only came in for a service and I wouldn't have thought the warrant work undertaken would require a road test. The split rear seat where warranty work had been undertaken was left in two different positions.

Overall, my visit was very positive. Although I am waiting to find out when I can bring my car back in for some warranty work to be completed.

Parking was the problem we had on the day.Just had to double park up and go into the showroom to hand over the car keys.
