I didn't receive a video of the vehicle for some unknown reason even though it was sent but as I got home it came through but still couldn't view it , it came up as ..error on our site and is currently unavailable etc ..However 2 employees on the service desk were helpful at Audi Newcastle in keeping me up to date Craig Russel and his female colleague .
