My car was motabilty scheme therefore some questions don't apply. I was new to this and worried that I may be treated differently to the usual customer due to stigma attached to benefits. This was certainly not the case. The member of the team was called Zed and he could not have been more helpful. He explained my options fully and helped me to choose the right car for me. He communicated with me by phone and email and was extremely helpful. He also contacted me to check if I was happy with my car and whether I had any problems. He provided his details and confirmed I could call or visit the showroom anytime should there be any issues. I was extremely satisfied with the service I recieved and would definately recommend Audi Newcastle.

I was impressed with the level of service but more impressed with the price. I was going to have my car serviced with an independent Audi specialist but your prices were about the same.

Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of the audi used offer with free servicing as this was only available with audi finance and dealership would not offer audi finance. We bought this car as a replacement for an audi we had to hand back to Hull audi as was sold as an approved used when shouldn't have been as had been remapped and audi refused to warranty it.

As a wheelchair user my car is my independence so I find the communication essential. My point of contact was the lovely Tracey Haggie who reassured me and dealt with my request to, where possible, avoid moving pieces of aids equipment within the car. My Motability lease is to end soon and I will be buying this car and am confident that I can use this dealership in the future.

Warm welcome, check in, comfortable waiting area and efficient check out leaving : all good experience. Shame about the (what?!!) prices charged for the work though...
