The salesman Jack Charlton was very helpful and didn’t pressure us at all and not a purchase. I am very impressed.

It was a pity my car had to be kept in overnight when I had filled in details of what the issue was. I do understand all parts can't be kept on site but when an issue is pre detailed perhaps the potential parts could be ordered in prior to repair. Especially as I had to wait over a month from reporting the fault to finally get car booked in. Just a thought? Other than that happy with the overall experience

I was put into a hire car, which unfortunately developed a flat tyre within 2 hours of getting the car. It took over 4 hours of phone time with the hire company to get the tyre repair sorted and I was without a vehicle until late afternoon the following day. Lookers were very helpful in trying to resolve for me which was appreciated but had similar issues to me, but the service from the hire company was poor.

Your Salesman Owen Blenkinsop deserves special mention as his service and assistance was very good indeed.

Great service, only thing was on the day of dropping off, I was informed it may be 5pm before car was ready, this should be advised when booking. Friendly and polite staff as always.
