Excellent service from Zed Hussain quick responses… listened to what I wanted .. didn’t try to persuade me to look at other cars… looked for the Audi I asked for and got it very quickly…. Brilliant!!

Have to book so far in advance, and I miss the lack of collection service.

My car failed its MoT but the Service department managed to source me a courtesy car at very short notice, which negated the need for me to travel by public transport, which was much appreciated.

As always, Tracy was excellent in providing professional service. She helped to arrange our appointment to suit our requirement. She also helped me with setting up the data plug on my phone.

I asked for my car to be ready before 3pm. I received a message to say my car was ready at 1.30. Great service.My car is booked in for a warranty issue which has continued since purchasing my car from new. It's booked in for a whole week although I was told it may not take that long to resolve. I have been offered a complimentary courtesy car whilst my car us with Lookers Newcastle Audi.
