Very helpful sales assistant that took time to explain the first vehicle I test drove but your sales team offered me well below the market value of my car so did not Persue the sale

Only that you need to put in place a temp vehicle for people that have to travel into the area & cannot stay all day.

Zed Hussain was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He was very professional and advised me of my options. Unfortunately I didn’t change my car because the interest rate was too high.

The sales rep (Tony Symonds) was excellent, he fully explained all the options, was extremely communicative with regards to questions I had about the vehicle as I was purchasing the car at a distance due to its location. He took the time to ensure that everything was ready and completed for collection day providing all service history for the car.. going as far to collect me from the train station on the day. Tony is a credit to Audi Newcastle.

My initial car was a let down by Audi due to the faults i encountered in the 1 st 2 months. I sold it back to lookers and lost 2500. As I love the Audi brand I bought another from the same dealership and I’m delighted with it. Every person I encountered at the dealership was amazing. Very professional and very approachable.
