From arranging service, checking in online, to receiving courtesy car and picking car up, the Audi staff were great. Kept me informed during the day and were on hand if I needed to contact them at all points

Claire Farrington provides high quality customer care. This is evident from the initial booking, the reserving of a loan car and in explaining how the most recent work fits into the overall service plan for my vehicle. All aspects are comprehensively covered through her friendly and personalised approach.

They are too busy. Need to expand facilities to be able to offer more timely service appointments.

Lauren was very helpfulThe car, however, still brakes unexpectedly. The dealer has told me that I can turn off this "assistance" but I have to do it manually every time I start the car. And, that's ridiculous! I'd be happy if I could permanently set assistance to off with a warning every time the car starts.Or, even better: fix the problem. My previous car, a Volvo XC90, had pilot assist, emergency braking, etc but I never had problem with it braking unexpectedly in the three years I owned it
