Changed from Lookers Silverlink following an awful experience last year (customer of over 12 years) to Newcastle AudiAll staff really helpful, easy rebooking as originally booked in on Queens funeral. Excellent collection service as I’m a clinically vulnerable person. Technician very helpful describing the work required and assessing work that had been previously identified by Silverlink not being required currently but to be reviewed in 6 months. Only small criticism is the boot was not hooveredCar drives like it’s new again!
