I was charged £20 for the collection service. This is a disgrace! I have a full service plan in place and this Audi, a marquee brand and you’re charging for this!?!?YOUR STANDARDS ARE SLIPPING!My wife has a service plan with a lesser brand and her collection was FREE!!
