Welcome, care and attention at Newcastle Audi were excellent, and prompt and efficient.My booking experience was less reassuring this time: I identified needing a new coil spring on 17 October and was offered an appointment in December; on a second call I was offered and accepted a booking on 27 October, much better for me, the car being off the road until repaired. I think if I'd had a phone number for direct contact with local Audi there wouldn't have been a problem - but the system always takes one to Glasgow, very good as they've been in the past; is the problem workshop capacity? staff shortage? Still, the end result was good; impressed with Newcastle Audi, as with Tyneside Audi.

I questioned whether there was a need for service at 1 year , if mileage only 2,000?… and service very expensive.Webcam interesting but not essential, especially if adding to cost.

Staff have a first class attitude toward customer service and after sales service. Worth the travel to be treat with care and consideration.

Lisa was great in letting us know about the equity in our car and gave us lots of different quotes and options in new cars. Unfortunately timing is not right for us but couldn’t recommend more highly!

Special mention to Tony Foley and Owen Blenkinsopp. The service was first class and the care and attention much appreciated.Tony and Owen provided lots of advice and always relevant to me. I would definately buy again from Newcastle Audi and would recommend to friends and family.

Myself and my partner would like to give praise to Neil at Audi Newcastle, who went above and beyond to get us our dream car. We came in looking for an Audi A1 and never thought we’d leave with one. Neil made the process on our end extremely smooth and quick, we came in on the saturday and by the following monday we drove away in our dream car! Just want to give a huge thanks again!
