I had to chase the sales agent after around 5 days of no communication back. I asked a number of questions to the agent for clarity on figures and the agent picked and chose which he responded to.I’ve bought 5 cars from Newcastle Audi and never been disappointed in the agent but will be approaching other garages going forward
