The team at Newcastle Audi were great but the technical team were very slow in dealing with my car, they had my car at the dealership for 10 weeks in total, nothing to do with Newcastle Audi all on technical side Germany

The initial enquiry was made from the dealership to me regarding my vehicle, therefore most of these questions are not relevant, the person asked if he could get me a valuation, which I agreed with,he then rang back with a valuation . It was then left that he would contact me sometime in September, to see what the position was regarding another vehicle
