I didnt receive the video of the test but Claire showed me it on her monitor , I also mentioned to Craig about the tick over revs I thought it was fluctuating but I heard nothing back so dont know the outcome of that , overall everything was fine .

When booking my vehicle in for an mot & service on the telephone I was told it would be in for around 2 hours however due to further work that was carried out on the day it was in for 6 hours. I would appreciate better communication regarding this and although I did track progress of work online but it was not very clear what stage it was at.

Jade was so great, on my previous visit we had to get me booked back in to sort the keys and software out. She fitted me in very quickly and even allowed me to take her car out for the day so I was able to go to work. So friendly and helpful.
