I have a 2022 S3 Vorsprung purchased in March 22 supplied Newcastle Audi. I've had a Audi UTR2 fitted by Ben Sproat . The UTR is a dealer option but its been fitted so well its as though it was fitted during manufacture. Well done Ben.Tracy Haggie is my service adviser who has looked after me and my cars for several years. As my previous visits I was well looked after and apricate the service she provides. My vehicle was the subject of a recall a couple of months ago, l believe something to do with the breaking system.The SOS module was showing an error so had to book my car back in, when l did so l pointed out that the handbrake appeared to be a problem as l would engage it, however it would either fail to engage or stay on.This appears to be rectified, and when l picked the car up, l was informed that it had been put on the wrong setting? Could someone please come back to me with an explanation of what the problem was and how it was rectified.Thank YouStay safeStewart
