This is the 3rd A1 I have bought from Newcastle Audi. I have always had the best customer experience and that is why I keep returning to them. The staff are always friendly and knowledgable and really listen and make things right. I always deal with Josh Budden and cannot praise him enough!! I bought my first Audi with him and now my 3rd. I have never been disappointed with the customer service he provides. He really is an asset to your company. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s genuinely always a pleasure to deal with him. Once again he delivered. We love our new car. Thanks!!!! Great job!!!!! ( as always!)

The salesman was excellent in explaining every detail regarding purchasing the new car and keeping me up to date as regarding Delivery.The hand over of the car was very easy and went without any problems.

On the website it gives you the option when booking to drop car off the garage and wait at the garage it states free tea and coffee available however I think it should be more clear to say it still may take a while because from that it indicates that it won’t be long considering your allowing us to wait but I don’t think many people would want to wait 6 hours

I would have liked to stay with Audi (8), unfortunately your pcp prices have gone up dramatically for this model, so I have now gone back to BMW top of the range at a far cheaper price..I have always had good dealings with Newcastle Audi and have been in many times to swap my A8.One point I may give you is….many people like myself like to change their vehicle every two years before the warranty expires.Literature is sent out too late to update/exchange your vehicle…by this time again like myself , we have took our business elsewhere.This needs to be changed to keep your existing customer data base.This time I found your vehicles to have gone up significantly and I felt I couldn’t even afford the lowest of the models, I’ve never had that before.ThankYou for your previous services and I do hope to try you again in a couple of years.0

In spite of booking well in advance and arriving early, the MOT took much longer than expected without an update until after two hours when it was due complete. It was a waiting appointment. No video health check was supplied as suggested it would be. Normally things are much better than this day was.
