Good service and necessary work completed quickly. The video that is shared is very helpful as you can see any issues they have identified as needing work. As it happens, the dealership is a short bus ride from my place of work, so I was able to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up on my way home at the end of the day.

Jade looked after me when I arrived and explained everything she also got me a coffee and contacted me when my car was ready. Very polite and professional service. I would definitely recommend Lookers to my friends. Very good service from start to finish.

Fantastic 5 star service from Dominic, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much to ask.First experience of buying a car from a dealership and was pleasantly surprised.Overall he made the whole process seamless.

I needed my car back by early afternoon as I had to take this date as not was due and garage very booked up for services. It seemed difficult initially to request my car was ready by 2 pm . When it was agreed everyone in the day was very helpful especially Claire who helped set up the sat nab etc on the courtesy car. I had a service plan but was still sent an e mail asking me to agree to and pay for the faults found. Claire pointed this out SBC quickly refunded the money . I also do not remember being told there was a charge for the courtesy car when I booked it
