Overall experience was great from start to finish , the member of the sales team we delt with was josh budden , josh was very professional he made everything very clear and straight forward he was available for any questions I had , the presentation of the car was fantastic josh took us through all aspects of the car & we had a manager introduce him self & check everything was OK, they really went all out to make us feel special on new car day , can't thank & recommend josh budden enough.

Disappointed that there was no evidence on your check list of the tyre pressures having been checked. No number or tick in box. Tyres were found today to be circa 5psi below required level and car system did not flag this.

6. The onboard computer has not been reset, days after the service the computer is still telling me that a service is required. I have contacted the dealership by telephone to seek advice, I am not experienced with computers , so the advice that possibly I could reset it myself is not practicable. As the dealership is a distance from me, it may be sometime before I can call in person to rectify this problem. I have no other comments to make, I consider Audi Newcastle to offer excellent service.
