Couldn’t complete mot as a problem with a machine also asked for any communication went to my husband as I was at a funeral and then taking my mum to respite care as she has Dementia

Had a waiting appointment, the coffee machine and toilets in the viewing area at Newcastle were out of order and the receptionist failed to pass on information to the service manager which added extra time to the wait time. Everything else was excellent.

Have always been satisfied with a good service and friendly staff.

First time owning an Audi and using a main dealership, great service but pricing is excessive for labour. Communication was fine apart from the link to see what stage your car was at they had my email incorrect which I informed service department. On a whole I’d give 5star service

Neil Curtis helped me with the part exchange of my A1 and secured me an amazing deal on a Q3 sportback. Although I didn’t meet any members of the management team, I am aware they worked with Neil to get me the deal. The Newcastle Audi team provided me with the best service I’ve ever received in a show room before. Neil wasn’t pushy with the sale and even assisted with the aftercare of the vehicle, like the road taxing and my private plate. Newcastle Audi isn’t my closest showroom but due to the service I received from Neil, I’d happily travel that little bit further for anything Audi related.
