I have already completed this but since then I have discovered a small dent in front wheel arch which I am sure has not happened since I purchased the car. I tried to contact the minor damage protection insurance scheme but found the car had not been registered so I was not able to enter claim. Nor was I able to find a phone number which I obtained from Audi. The company do not receive phone calls! Not very happy with this situation especially as I have paid a lot of money for this insurance. Having spent a great deal of money on this new car I expect better after service assistance and much better communication with claims company.
