Very good customer service as usual, very happy..

Not sure why but I received several reminders asking me to book a service when it had already been booked.

Our initial contact with a salesman, he did not give his name.Second contact was far more useful, explained that our understanding of the specification was incorrect and proceeded to take on our requirements accordingly.I ordered the vehicle from Lookers t/a Newcastle Audi but paid for it into an account in the name of Colebrook and Burgess - your accounts department were unsure of the name on the account. Not quite the level of expertise that I expect from a multi-outlet plc.

This is my 5th Audi from your dealership and this experience brought back my faith in using Lookers not just for the brand - Dominic O'Sullivan was a great representative to deal with. After a difficult experience with service team and some lackluster experience last time, I'm so much happier this time around. We worked to get a great car at a great deal which worked for everyone and I know his manager did me a great deal and looked after me too. He kept me informed the whole way through and explained things when I had questions with the online documents with it having been a while since I ordered the car.I had potentially been tempted away from Audi and lookers before this purchase but I know now that when the time comes and if the price is right, I'll be back for a 6th!

I really appreciated the help & communication I had with Jade and would really like my comments to be passed on to her Manager. I am a doctor and was working late shifts when my car had to be taken into the garage. Unfortunately, I could not get a replacement hire car until an inconvenient time the following day in the middle of my shift (for which I had no transport for) and Jade very kindly helped arrange for me to have a temporary vehicle from Audi, which reduced the stress of being without my own car. Her communication was fantastic. She is a real asset to the team. Thank you, Hayley Lockwood
