I dealt with Dom O’Sullivan at the Newcastle dealership and he was excellent. Understood exactly what I was looking for and managed to find a deal that worked. He also helped massively with my sons car seat and getting it in the car, above and beyond the call !

Took along time from booking vehicle in for inspection to actually getting a slot. Limited loan cars available so this is poor. Took more than 2 months from request to appointment
