Dominic was very helpful made buying my car very easy he was very helpful and kept me updated by email or phone until i collected my car, had a couple of problems needed to come back but Jack was very good and helpful too, the tech guys managed to solve the lock problem while i waited so very happy with Audi service highly recommended. Thankyou very much. Lorna.

Once I got to speak with the local dealership, everything proceeded smoothly. The hire car was organised efficiently by the dealership. However, why is it so difficult to contact the dealership direct and why do routine repairs need to be treated as emergencies in order for them to be attended in reasonable time span?

Transportation into town should be reintroduced. A showroom full of second hand cars doesn’t give a good impression for a prestigious car dealership.
