My car is a new Audi A1, I have been stranded a number of times when the steering lock jammed, I bought the car into the garage, checked it in with Tracy Haggie, explaining that this was an intermittent fault. After 3 days, the technicians and the car's computer system could find no fault, Tracy was so apologetic and understood my concern that I may well become stranded again. However I agreed to collect the vehicle, but as luck would have it the steering lock jammed as I picked the car up and so the technicians could see 1st hand the issue and the car was then kept and a new steering lock fitted. Through out this process Tracey Haggie the service advisor has been brilliant, keeping me informed and understanding the issue. I would like to nominate her as an exemplary employee whom Audi should be justly proud.

I was well looked after in the dealership so totally happy with the customer service, Jade went out of her way to keep me informed on the job. However at Audis request the car was booked in for a 2 hour slot, I live an hour away on a good run so didn’t book a courtesy car and just had a walk to fill the time. On my return I was told there had been an adjustment made so the cameras would have to be recalibrated which would take longer so I ended up waiting approximately 7 hours in total which I personally don’t think is good enough for which was a second visit on the recall.
