Dealing with Audi was very easy and very professional.Dealt with James custance who excellent. He explained everything in detail to me, he was very friendly, patient and helpful and gave me time to make the right decision based on what was best for myself.Would go back and deal with James and Audi again without hesitation.

Zed was very helpful after taking over from Chris Mailler. He responded to queries quickly nd promptly and kept me involved with the status of the car right up until pickup. This was greatly appreciated at a time when car build timings are all moving slower due to the global chip shortage. It restored my faith in Audi after some previously poor experiences over recent years.

Overall, an excellent experience! Having bought 2 previous cars, both new A3's from Newcastle Audi, I expected nothing less. Little brother A1 is an excellent secondhand find, spotless!The Sales Executive Josh Buddens, was also a dab hand at making Mochas!

Excellent service as ever from the team at Newcastle, particularly Neil Curtis who looked after the sale and Peter Amos who I have dealt with for years. I had asked to pick up the car from the PDI centre as I was having it ceramic coated and wanted it to be collected by the detailer with the majority of the wraps still on it. This was organised and there were no problems with the vehicle. It was a long wait for the car but well worth it, the 16th new Audi with another on the way for my son.
