I bought a hybrid and I would of liked more information about the care. Charging etc.Having said that Amy (sales person) was very helpful and I rang her several times to explain certain details about the car. Amy was very professional and knowledgeable.

I do not believe that the engine oil in my car was properly topped up during the service. This has now been rectified

Great service but would like to be able to ring dealership directly without having to go through call centre.

Would like to says thanks for delivering car back Tom me due to commitments I couldn’t get back to pick it up. My wife rang and spoke to a lady who arranged for it to be returned.

A service plan was discussed however because I purchased an electric vehicle it was not warranted to be beneficial.

We're very happy with the service of the car, but the customer service was not what we had come to expected from other Audi dealerships. In particular:Had we not informed the receptionist of our free MOT, we would have been charged for this, Also, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes to collect the car, without any explanation for the delay or being offered tea or coffee.
