Better communication re parts for appointments.Had to cancel first appointment as part not been ordered as documents needed were not chased up until day before appointment then was told it would take 3 weeks to order the part so appointment was moved. This was a bit annoying! Also when problem was resolved with the car the prompt wasn’t cleared from the car so it keeps popping up every time I drive. Have told garage about it and am still waiting for someone to ring me back 3 days later!! Very frustrating
