Very good service

As a result of last minute changes in the payment arrangements I was not given the final documentation invoice etc.). I was told that it would be emailed to me. I have not received it.

I did want me car washing off as my car has been detailed and ceramic coated, but little disappointed the didn’t hover vehicle aut as requested.

1) I was not offered the "click and collect" service when I booked my car in for a service. The first I new of this service being available was when I received a text reminder of my appointment and it told me what time my car would be picked up if i had arranged click and collect - if I knew such a service existed I wouldn't have arranged a taxi to bring me back from the garage2) the "Audi Cam" I received by both text and e-mail was of somebody else car - different colour car - definitely wasn't mine !

Car is supposed to get cleaned but we think it's just a plash with the hose. Do understand its not a valet. But the body of the car looked no cleaner than when it went in. Only a comment

Excellent service all round. Well looked after and enjoyed the exploding buying a new car.

Jade is alway very professional yet friendly & always provides excellent customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
