Despite there being an issue which resulted in me returning the car to the garage to have the fault rectified, the customer service was next to none. I was ordered and paid for a taxi to take me home and a hire car organised for me which arrived promptly the next day. The communication from Audi service was excellent with numerous telephone calls updating me on the situation.

Service team were very helpfull. My questions were answered and my car was returned satifactory. More than happy with Audi staff. Will return to Scotswood next time.

Daniel was excellent on all counts of customer service unfortunately I did not want a white car and also I thought the Q3 boot was smaller than I wanted and the car a little compact although very beautiful inside and I decided to go with another VW Tiguan. I didn’t want to go up to the Q5 as bigger than I need and a pain to park in smaller parking bays eg at Newcastle Train Station.But an excellent experience with Daniel and I may come back in future for an A1 for my daughter when she returns to the UK.
