Previously Audi would price match to keep the work, thus doesn’t happen any more and hence when new tyres are required I go elsewhere. It would be better customer satisfaction us this price matching was reinstated.

I haven’t returned the vehicle yet but will book it in for a fault on the ‘SOS’ phone. Also I was told that Audi have now got a software fix for the date and time feature which has been a problem since we bought this car in March 2020. I was surprised that Audi quoted me £24 for a courtesy car when I bring my car in for the above repairs. My previous cars (not Audi’s) when I took them to the dealers I was always offered a courtesy car at no charge.I am considering changing my Audi A1 when it is two years old in March this year and am considering a new Q3. I would like to spend a full day driving one so could you kindly tell me if this can be arranged and the cost for it please ?Kind regardsDianne Hume
