Friendly and helpful staff. Car serviced under the 2 year service plan - excellent value. Work required, not so good value - i.e. I managed to get recommended work done by a reputable local garage with excellent customer service. Lookers quoted £320 but didn't have the parts - my local garage did the work for £180.00 and used genuine Audi parts.
