The sales guy understood my requirements and was head and shoulders above other sales people I have dealt with. He was responsive, attentive and did his best to find the car I wanted and then worked out the deal. I’d come back to him if I am ever in the market for an Audi. He left a lasting impression.

The service from first enquirering about buying a Audi to purchasing it was excellent. Peter Crawford the salesman was patient, understanding what we wanted from the car, kept us informed as to when the car was arriving,and and explained everything and made handover special.

The car was serviced and MOT'd but the computer seemed to have a bit of a hissy fit for 24 hours afterwards flagging up all sorts of fictional issues - which later vanished.

Excellent, friendly and skilled service. Never felt under pressure whilst purchasing my new car and communication was excellent.The car was clean. The only comment I have is that the floor mats were very wet! Clearly been cleaned but not dried.
