Overall good, however, disappointing that my vehicle did not receive the usual high standard of valeting whilst it was in the garage. The wheels weren't cleaned properly and internal cleaning not done at all.

James was excellent , on our initial enquiry a lovely video of the car was sent followed up by confirmation that a test drive was booked . The sales process was perfect .

All staff involved were courteous, professional, efficient & friendly including reception, service staff & technicians. Fully happy with all the work that was done & the car is running well. Pity there is no valet service but that is fully understandable & I think everyone is doing a grand job under what must be difficult circumstances

Whilst the vehicle passed the test - the main reason behind attending in the first place- I was made aware of certain issues that would require attention in the months to come which was helpful and informative for the ongoing safety etc. Both the MOT itself and the vehicle health check were both carried out without fee and without obligation.
