I was impressed by the developments taken to ensure customer safety. The lady who spoke to me on the telephone checked everything with me before l left, but the male members of staff seemed to ignore me when l asked for help even with little things like the WiFi password while l waited. Suffice to say l had to approach one who did give me a password which didn’t work & when l asked another man, well I’m still waiting for him to get back to me. Still feels like it’s a male dominated environment & the male staff did not make me feel comfortable or welcome. I will be going back to Silverlink next time

Overall I’m delighted with the car. Paul was excellent to deal with throughout. However the car was supplied with only 2 months MOT, there is a small chip on the passenger door and there is a metallic burning smell as if a brake caliper is sticking which will require investigation. The car was delivered with the same mileage as the original video I was sent i.e. not sure it was road tested. It just feels as if the car has been rushed through by the service department or it would have been 5 stars all the way

Didn’t have the car I was looking for but feel sure I will get a call soon when something suitable comes in. In no hurry but will wait for the Audi I would like .
