Great customer service from Owen who was extremely helpful. I would have appreciated further if the A6 I’d made a 250 mile round trip to view had been washed as it was dirty and not at its best.

Excellent experience all round. Start to finish it was easy, enjoyable and exciting! Jon Kells was a delight to work with, I cannot recommend Lookers Newcastle highly enough.

The sales representative was very helpful offering an alternative car to the one I was originally interested in which had unfortunately already been sold.
